June 3 thru September 2 - Upstairs: $950.00 Weekly - Downstairs: $750.00 Weekly

        (Add $100.00 for the week of July 4^th)

September 2 thru November 4 - Upstairs: $850.00 Weekly - Downstairs: $650.00 Weekly

November 4 thru December 31 - Upstairs: $550.00 Weekly - Downstairs: $350.00 Weekly

**Months of June, July and August are rented by the week only.  All other months daily rate will be weekly rate divided by 7**
